我做咗 15 年跨境電商及數碼行銷。先後擔任:

  • 香港聯交所上市跨境電商集團市場分析及客戶數據主管 (年收入超過 1 億港元、覆蓋 200+ 國家)
  • Euronext 上市奢侈時裝集團亞洲區數據及商業智能主管 (集團年收入超過 80 億港元,業務涵蓋香港、中國內地、東南亞、澳洲、新西蘭)

I've spent 15 years in cross-border e-commerce and digital marketing:

  • Head of Marketing & Customer Data at a Hong Kong–listed cross-border e-commerce group (HK$100M+ annual revenue, 200+ countries)
  • Head of Asia Data & BI at a Euronext-listed luxury fashion group (HK$8B+ annual revenue, multi-brand omnichannel across HK, mainland China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand)

我點解做 Kongmerce。 喺上一份工,我哋花咗成個團隊去整 BI、做 attribution、寫 customer segmentation — 因為我哋有 80 億港元收入要管。但我見過太多香港中小品牌,年收入 HK$300 萬到 HK$3,000 萬之間,俾人灌輸要用同一套「企業級」工具: Shopify Plus、HubSpot、Klaviyo、Looker。每月成本動輒 HK$10,000+, 但其實佢哋真正需要嘅,係知道今日邊個產品最賺錢、聽日要 restock 邊個 SKU、 邊個客一年買咗 5 次但今個月冇返嚟

Kongmerce 唔係 enterprise tooling 嘅縮水版。係用 15 年實戰經驗, 重新諗清楚:一個年做 HK$500 萬嘅香港品牌,真正需要邊 5 樣嘢、 應該避開邊 20 樣嘢。我親自落手做 onboarding,因為頭 100 個客 我想自己摸清楚每一個生意。

Why I'm building Kongmerce. At my last role I had a team building BI dashboards, attribution models, and customer segmentation — because we had HK$8B in revenue to manage. But I've watched too many HK SMEs, doing HK$3M to HK$30M a year, get sold the same "enterprise-grade" stack: Shopify Plus, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Looker. HK$10,000+/month easily. What they actually need to know is which product made money today, which SKU to restock tomorrow, and which 5×-loyal customer hasn't come back this month.

Kongmerce isn't enterprise tooling, scaled down. It's 15 years of operator experience, rebuilt from scratch around the question: what does a HK brand doing HK$5M/year actually need — and what 20 things should they ignore? I run onboarding myself for the first 100 merchants, because I want to understand each business personally before any of it gets automated.
