Kongmerce is being built by a small team in Hong Kong. We're finalising the formal privacy policy ahead of public launch. In the meantime, here is the short version.
What we collect today
The only personal data we collect from this marketing site is the information you submit through the waitlist form: your email address, the channels you currently sell on, and the product-count bucket you select. We use it to contact you about Kongmerce, the founding-merchant programme, and product updates.
How we use it
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising. Waitlist submissions are routed via Cloudflare to a single Kongmerce inbox.
Removing your information
You can ask us to remove your waitlist submission at any time by emailing terence@kongmerce.com.
A full policy covering merchant accounts, storefront customer data, cookies, and data-processing agreements is being prepared with our legal counsel and will replace this notice ahead of the platform's public launch.
